It is a 3-storey venue in İstoç. The interior, especially the upper floor, is furnished in an authentic way. Mother-daughter soup (topalak soup in some regions) is delicious, but the portion is a bit small. The meat of Malatya & Bulgurlu meatballs (meat tarhana in some regions) is delicious, but even though it is a little oily, it cannot be eaten out of its bowl. Mumbar is on the menu, but it is undercooked and tastes bland. Hayrabolu dessert is delicious with tahini. There is no meatball shop in the center of Malatya. They are made at home. They make more meat and less bulgur. They are very successful. I go there from time to time. Prices are high here, just like everywhere else.

If you go to İstoç, whether you're hungry or not, stop by and don't drink the lentil soup, just eat the Malatya meatballs. But definitely stop by. The service is fast, the prices are reasonable, the place is nice.

"We came in by chance while wandering around Istoc." “Is there Malatya Meatballs too?” I asked. Yes, they have Malatya Meatballs and they are delicious. The place is very nice and a true tradesmen's restaurant. The owner of the place, Mr. Faik, is a caring person. I recommend you to stop by and see it when you come to the region. It is quite good in terms of price-quality balance. I wish you continued success.

I can't say I didn't like the presentation on paper as I don't trust the plates of most places. But I'm not sure if it's healthy. Portion is filling. Meatballs work, price performance place.
